iCMS log-in problems

There is a known issue with iCMS where you receive a log-in error even after entering the correct user name and password. Here’s how to solve this problem.

1. Open Internet Explorer and type “C:\Windows\System32\” on the address bar and hit enter.

2. Locate the file, “iCMS.dat” and delete it.

3. Restart iCMS and you should be able to log-in successfully.
